 
William L. Coker, Jr, M.D. was born
and raised on a small farming town in South Carolina. After graduating
from Kingstree High School he enrolled at the University of South
Carolina where he completed undergraduate studies before earning
his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in
Charleston. After a rotating internship in Spartanburg, S.C. he served
as a physician in the Navy joining an elite group of doctors who
made extended patrols on the Polaris submarines.
He studied dermatology as a resident at Baylor University
Hospital in Houston, Texas and Duke University Medical School in
Durham, N.C.

Dr. W.L. Coker is a board certified dermatologist and opened his
Hampton practice in 1970. He treats patients with all types of skin
diseases and issues.

Leslie Robin Coker, MD was born at Duke University
hospital where her father was training in dermatology. She was raised
in Newport News, Va and graduated from Menchville High School. Coker
completed undergraduate training at the University of Florida and
received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating Magna
cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Va. She
earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr Coker’s postgraduate training includes an internship at
Riverside Regional Medical Center before specializing in Dermatology
through a 3-year residency program at the Medical University of South
Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. At MUSC, she was trained in general
clinical dermatology as well as dermatological surgery.
Dr Leslie Coker is a board certified dermatologist who returned
to her hometown in July of 2003, where she joined her father’s
dermatology practice. She treats patients of all ages with various
skin disorders. She also offers several cosmetic procedures including
Botox injections, sclerotherapy, Restylane and laser removal of tattoos
and blood vessels.
